How we get your order to you
We currently ship across India via Delhivery and other trusted logistics partners. At this time we do not ship internationally — please write to miyana.buy@gmail.com if you're overseas and we'll do our best to help.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with the tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order from your account dashboard at /account.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, public holidays, regional disruptions, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but we will help you chase any shipment that appears stuck — write to miyana.buy@gmail.com if your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch.
All orders ship in recyclable outer cartons with protective inner packing. Fragrance bottles are wrapped to prevent breakage in transit.
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please write to us within 6 hours of ordering. Once dispatched, we cannot redirect the shipment.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, refusal), we will refund the order value minus shipping and a 5% handling fee. We will contact you before processing such a refund.
