These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of miyana.shop (the "Service"), operated by miyana.™ Fragrances powered by Miyabi & Co.™ ("miyana.", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
To place an order, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including but not limited to cases where pricing or stock errors are identified. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.
We ship across India via Delhivery and other partners. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days for most pin codes. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the item to the carrier. See our Shipping Info page for details.
Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Due to the personal nature of fragrances, opened or used products cannot be returned. See our Returns page for full policy.
We make every effort to display product information accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free. Scent profiles are subjective; descriptions are intended as guidance.
All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of miyana.™ Fragrances powered by Miyabi & Co.™ or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Miyana and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
